Monaco’s postal service is undergoing a major logistical shift, with its central mail operations — including mail production, routing, complaints management, and PO boxes — moving to a new location from Monday, May 12.
The entire Service Courrier division will be relocated to Îlot Pasteur, at 1 Avenue de Fontvieille. Customers can access the new premises via the Canton roundabout, through the Fontvieille shopping centre, with parking available at the Wurtemberg car park.
This relocation affects only the behind-the-scenes processing and delivery aspects of Monaco’s postal system. All public-facing services — including post office counters and the La Banque Postale de Monaco — remain unaffected and will continue to operate at their usual locations and hours.
La Poste Monaco has issued an apology for any inconvenience the move may cause and encourages customers to reach out for further information via its customer service line at 99 99 80 00.
The relocation comes as part of Monaco’s ongoing development of the Îlot Pasteur district, aiming to modernise infrastructure and centralise essential services.
