Monaco’s Graduate Integration Commission (CID), chaired by Christophe Robino, Government Advisor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health met on Tuesday, July 9 to review its 2023 activities and present its annual report.
Led by Héloïse Boin, the CID reported that it assisted 290 young people with professional integration, internships, and information requests in 2023. Of the 72 professional integration meetings, 62 graduates secured fixed-term or permanent contracts, achieving an 86 percent success rate. This success is attributed to the commission’s partnerships with local businesses and various Monegasque entities, including the Youth Employment Unit and the Monaco Economic Board.
In 2023, CID formed 21 new partnerships, totalling 263 since 2010.
For the first half of 2024, CID assisted 95 young people, with 16 securing jobs and 14 internships resulting in agreements, while also hosting 27 events, including school orientation sessions and the ‘Monaco pour l’emploi’ forum.
Looking ahead, CID plans to participate in next year’s ‘Monaco pour l’emploi forum, with a new youth-dedicated space, and to celebrate its 15th anniversary by highlighting its achievements and the careers of graduates that have been supported by the commission since its inception.
