The closing gala of the third and very successful Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo took place in the Salle Empire on Saturday, November 11.
The seven-star dinner was orchestrated by chefs of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, with a total of seven Michelin stars between them.
The Festival had opened on September 29 and built on the experienced gained in the two previous events, with starred chefs invited from around the world to prepare ‘four-handed dinners.’ In the last of these, Chef Yannick Alléno welcomed three-starred Swiss Chef Sven Wassmer to the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel Hermitage on November 3.
