A dozen selected young leaders of the future from the International School of Monaco met with renowned climate change experts over the course of a weekend long retreat in Monaco from June 16 to June 18.
The program for the three-day retreat brings together internationally renowned experts in climate solutions, as well as creating a toolkit of the most effective tools for meaningful and impactful leadership around climate action.
This unique weekend was created and led by Climate Protectors in collaboration with Mind and Planet and in partnership with the
International School of Monaco, Conscientiae and the Kate Powers Foundation.
“Climate Protectors” is an initiative of (IAYP), which was praised by US President Obama for its groundbreaking model and its achievement of transformative impact.
I Am Your Protector has reached over four million people, created more than 150 initiatives across 25 cities, such as large-scale public campaigns hosted by the Mayor of London, the Mayor of Geneva, and the United Nations.
I Am Your Protector has been covered by international media outlets such as TIME magazine, CNN, Huffington Post, The Independent and endorsed by individuals such as Kofi Annan, Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London, and Bill de Blasio Mayor of New York.
Following its launch in Monaco the event will be followed by Geneva, Paris, London, New York and Los Angeles.
