The large scale ‘jumble sale’ went off without a hitch under the Chapiteau of Fontvielle on Saturday, December 4, raising money for local charities.
Organised by a group of local churches, including Saint Paul’s Anglican Church of Monte-Carlo, the annual event was forced to miss last year because of the pandemic.
Second-hand clothing was the firm favourite among bargain hunters, and the bookstalls did well – with many bargains – as buyers stocked up on Christmas reading.
