Hotel Metropole’s Lobby Bar Restaurant came alive with the sounds of jazz, soul and blues on Wednesday evening, with a repeat planned for Thursday.
Parisian artists Noé Huchard (piano) and Clement Daldosso (double bass) created a truly enjoyable atmosphere for the late autumn evening and the famous cocktail bar was indeed very busy re-creating the latest addition to its cocktail menu: Sea You at M.
Inspired by close collaboration with the Oceanographic Museum and its activities for the preservation of the Ocean, the head barman of the Hotel created a drink that resembles the colours of the sea and tastes slightly different with every sip. Each purchase contributes one euro to the efforts of the Association of the Oceanographic Museum and the special cocktail – also in its virgin version – will stay on the menu for 12 months.
The award-winning Hotel Metropole, a world leader in Sustainability Policy for Hotels, continues with the Green Attitude environmental policies the hotel put in place in 2007.
It is also the only hotel in Monaco to make it into the Condé Nast Reader’s Choice Awards top ten hotels in the world.
