The Honorary Consul General of Monaco in Montreal, Madame Diane Vachon, formally handed over samples of the new Monegasque passports to Mr Mohamed Khalifa Rahma, Director of Air Transport at the International Civil Aviation Organisation headquarters in Montreal on Thursday, November 4, 2021
As of January5, 2021, Monégasque citizens enjoyed visa-free or visa on arrival access to 174 countries and territories, ranking the Monégasque passport 15th overall (tied with Chile and Cyprus) in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley Passport Index.
