HSH Princess Charlene would not be at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, the Prince’s Palace announced on Friday.

The Princess is suffering from a malady of an ENT type and was not fit to travel.

The Sovereign’s wife has been visiting Southern Africa in support of threatened wildlife.
She shared a photo with a rhino that has undergone the preventative removal of its horns.

The procedure is used to prevent the endangered animals from being hunted for their horns, a very valuable commodity in China where the powder from the horns is valued as a treatment for a wide variety of illnesses, from cancer to impotence.

In October 2018 China lifted a 25-year ban on the use of rhino horn and tiger bone.
