On Wednesday January 6, Pierre Dartout, Minister of State, Stéphane Valeri, President of the National Council, and Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and the Economy, visited the premises of the brand new State company: Monaco Boost.

Monaco Boost is a business incubator, operated on behalf of the State, with the aim of renting out, to selected partnerships and activities in personal name registered in the Principality, the spaces available to it, to accommodate them, welcome and support them.

“I welcome the implementation of this tool available to Monegasque entrepreneurs who create and innovate, and which will be used to promote economic initiatives in the Principality”, indicated the Minister of State in particular. Located in zone F of Fontvieille, this Monegasque limited company, whose capital is 100-percent owned by the State, is managed by Laurence Garino.

The centre offers the services of a 1,200 square-metre business centre made up of 32 exclusive closed offices, two co-working areas (16 dedicated shared offices and 12 “hot spots”), two meeting rooms, one multipurpose room, a cafeteria, a relaxation area and a terrace. Its total capacity is 108 companies.

At the end of January 2021, a call for applications will be launched for individual offices exclusively, with a view to the installation of the first entrepreneurs in April 2021. The Allocation Commission will be chaired by the Minister of Finance and Economy, made up of representatives of the National Council, the Administration of Domains, the Directorate of Economic Expansion, and SAM Monaco Boost.
