Following the appointment of Sandrine Camia as assistant to the Director of Tourism and Congresses of the Principality (DTC) and the retirement of Laurence Papouchado, her assistant in the Convention Bureau, a new women’s duo is now in charge of overseeing the business tourism sector in the Principality.
The Convention Bureau is now headed by Christine Barrabino who joined the DTC team during the summer.
“The expertise of Christine Barrabino, acquired since 2000 at the Grimaldi Forum, will allow a continuity of the action of the CVB. Her perfect knowledge of the sector as well as her dynamism will allow us to maintain this segment essential for tourism in the Principality,” said Guy Antognelli, Director of Tourism and Conventions.
“She will be assisted in her mission by Sarah Rico. She has been working since 2004 in the convention bureau and has not only a fine knowledge of government activities in business tourism but also strong relationships with all stakeholders in the sector. I am proud and happy to be able to count on this duo who will continue to bring expertise and dynamism to the task.”
