The Jeune Chambre Economique de Monaco is launching a new series of free workshops this autumn, titled “The Employee as a Strategic Lever for Performance and Growth,” running across October and November for entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to turn their workforce into a genuine competitive asset.
The three-part programme will be led by Romain Lazzarini, PhD and founder of The Strategists Consulting, who will guide participants through a structured journey across each session.
The series opens on Wednesday, October 7, with a first module titled “Understanding Your Human Capital,” focused on diagnosing internal resources and assessing how well they align with a company’s broader objectives.
The second session, on Tuesday, October 20, turns to internal organisation with a workshop titled “Making Sure the Right People Are in the Right Place,” aimed at helping leaders rethink role distribution and better leverage their team’s key strengths.
The series concludes on Tuesday, November 3, with “Managing Your Employees Like an Investment,” a workshop centred on measuring the financial return of recruitment decisions and approaching human resources management from a more strategic standpoint.
Organised by the Jeune Chambre Economique de Monaco, the initiative is designed to offer practical, immediately usable tools, encouraging business leaders to view their workforce not as a cost, but as a genuine driver of value.
Participation is free, though registration is required for each individual session. Further details and sign-up information are available through the Jeune Chambre Economique de Monaco’s official channels.
