Work has officially begun on the creation of a new Monégasque district at Europa-Park in Germany, marking the start of an ambitious project that will bring the Principality to one of Europe’s most famous theme parks…
Set to open in 2026, the new area will become Europa-Park’s 18th themed district, celebrating Monaco’s unique blend of glamour, innovation, and environmental commitment.
The first construction phase began this week, as crews broke ground on what promises to be an immersive experience inspired by the Principality’s most iconic symbols — from the excitement of the Formula 1 Grand Prix to the elegance of Monte-Carlo’s casinos. Visitors will also find a focus on sustainability and ocean protection, reflecting the values championed by His Serene Highness Prince Albert II.
The project is being developed in partnership with the Principality and aims to offer a true taste of Monaco’s lifestyle and heritage within the Europa-Park universe. Though full details are being kept secret, organisers promise a blend of technology, architecture, and storytelling unlike any other. The grand opening of the Monégasque district is scheduled for spring 2026.
