Preparations for the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 are officially underway, with the prestigious international yachting event set to run from Wednesday, September 24 to Saturday, September 27, 2025. Renowned as one of the most significant gatherings in the luxury yacht calendar, the show is expected to deliver major economic benefits to the Principality and will require an extensive logistical rollout starting at the end of August.
Installation work will commence on Friday, August 30, concentrated around Port Hercule and affecting key areas including Quai des États-Unis, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, Route de la Piscine, and, from Monday, September 8, Quai Antoine Ier.
To ensure a safe setup, temporary parking bans and adjustments to vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be enforced, with some zones facing complete closures for a few days. Specific measures will be introduced to ease rush-hour congestion, including temporary arrangements to allow school drop-offs nearby and provisional delivery routes to maintain access for local businesses.
A full closure of Route de la Piscine will be in effect from Monday, September 15 to Wednesday, October 1, although the road will remain open in the Portier–Quai Antoine Ier direction during morning peak hours, except on the day before the show’s opening and the three days following its closure.
From Monday, September 8, a designated parking zone for two-wheelers will be established on Avenue de la Quarantaine, coinciding with the occupation of Quai Antoine Ier.
Public spaces will gradually be reopened from Sunday, September 28, with a complete return to normal conditions scheduled for Thursday, October 9.
These measures are the result of close coordination between State Services and the show’s organisers, aimed at balancing event logistics with the daily needs of residents, businesses and visitors, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency for one of Monaco’s most iconic events.
