Applications are now open for the Prince’s Government’s 2025–2026 scholarship programmes, providing financial support for both higher education and professional development. Requests for study grants must be submitted no later than 14:00 on Friday, September 26, while applications for social advancement scholarships must be made before the start of the relevant training.
The scheme is open to Monegasque nationals, their spouses and dependents, as well as certain long-term foreign residents with established ties to the Principality. Applicants for higher education scholarships must be under 28 years old as of December 31 of the application year, while those seeking social advancement grants must be under 50 at the time of application.
Applications may be made online via the MonGuichet.mc portal, though paper forms are available for those without internet access at the Department of National Education, Youth and Sports, or by email at denjs@gouv.mc.
Full details, including eligibility criteria and procedures, are available on the Government’s official public service website.
