CFM Indosuez has announced its ambitious Everblue project, a major renovation and two-storey vertical extension of its historic Monaco headquarters, scheduled for completion in late 2027…

Originally inaugurated in 1999 and acquired in 2019 to reinforce the bank’s deep roots in the Principality, the redesigned building will span 3,812 m² over a height of 30 metres. Named Everblue, in homage to Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Evergreen headquarters and CFM Indosuez’s commitment to ocean preservation, the building will feature a sculpted stone facade, hanging gardens, and a rooftop design inspired by Square Gastaud’s kiosk.
The environmentally focused design aims for GOLD certification under the BD2M (Mediterranean Sustainable Buildings of Monaco) approach, minimising carbon impact with a wooden frame façade, photovoltaic panels, and integrated greenery.

Parking will include 49 spaces, 25% equipped with electric charging stations. The renovation will create bright, collaborative workspaces, promoting well-being and sustainable mobility with facilities such as showers and lockers for staff.
Everblue will also house Monaco’s largest trading floor and serve as a central meeting hub for clients while CFM Indosuez’s five branches continue to ensure proximity across the Principality. The project is led by architects Jérôme Hein (The A Group) and Eric Puzenat (Ateliers 2/3/4/), with Crédit Agricole Immobilier as delegated project manager.
For CFM Indosuez, Monaco’s leading bank with nearly 400 specialists, Everblue symbolises its commitment to performance, sustainability, and community. Founded in 1922 by Monegasque families and majority-owned by Crédit Agricole Group, the bank combines local expertise with global reach.
Named Monaco’s best bank for nine consecutive years by Global Finance, CFM Indosuez continues to lead in wealth management and corporate finance while driving Monaco’s ecological transition forward with landmark projects such as Everblue.
