The spirit of the Balearics has officially arrived on the Riviera, as Monte-Carlo Beach unveils its latest summer gem: Jondal at La Vigie Monte-Carlo.
Nestled beneath the pines of the Pointe de La Vigie — a protected haven for birdlife — this exclusive pop-up brings the unmistakable flavour and festive charm of Ibiza straight to Monaco’s coastline. With breathtaking sea views and a soundtrack of waves, birdsong, and laughter, Jondal promises an idyllic escape blending Mediterranean gastronomy with island-inspired joie de vivre.
The brainchild of celebrated Spanish chef Rafa Zafra, whose culinary credentials include time at the world-famous El Bulli, Jondal has already achieved cult status on Ibiza since its launch in 2020. Known for its vibrant seafood-centric menu, relaxed yet refined atmosphere, and air of exclusivity, it’s been a magnet for discerning diners and sun-seekers alike.
For summer 2025, Jondal and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer have teamed up to bring this coveted experience to Monaco — but only for a limited two-month run. Set against a backdrop of endless sea and sunsets, guests can indulge in freshly grilled, raw, or fried seafood, all served with Mediterranean flair in an atmosphere designed for sharing and savouring the good life.
With this latest addition, Monte-Carlo Beach continues its bold transformation for the season, following on from the new Le Deck, the Michelin-starred Elsa, Greek-inspired Maona – From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, and the chic Jacquemus pop-up.
For those lucky enough to secure a spot at Jondal à La Vigie Monte-Carlo, it’s not just a meal — it’s a fleeting, sun-soaked summer secret.
