The Parking des Salines is rolling out updates to its services and pricing, adapting to the needs of users following the launch of the Point Accueil Marchandises (PAM) in December 2024. Starting this month, the free parking grace period has been extended from 15 minutes to a generous 45 minutes, offering greater convenience for those utilising the logistics hub.
The PAM, a 1,500-square-meter facility on the parking structure’s first floor, serves as a city-entry package sorting center. Designed to streamline urban delivery, it reduces the number of delivery vans crisscrossing Monaco by consolidating shipments for express transport operators. The hub features a 24/7 self-service locker system and a staffed counter open five days a week from 9:00 to 19:00, plus Saturday mornings from 9:00 to noon, handling drop-offs and pickups for services like Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and Relais Colis.
With the new 45-minute free parking window, visitors can easily access the PAM via elevators marked with “La Poste” logos guiding the way. The change reflects feedback from users, ensuring ample time to manage parcel tasks without the rush.
