The spring air in Monaco will soon be filled with the aromas of exquisite cuisine as Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer unveils a trio of unmissable gastronomic evenings. Across three exclusive dates, world-renowned chefs and prestigious wine and spirit houses will come together to craft extraordinary dining experiences in the Principality’s most celebrated restaurants.

The season begins on Thursday, March 21, at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, where Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno partners with the legendary Château de Beaucastel for an evening of fine dining and storytelling. François Perrin, former cellar master of Beaucastel, will guide guests through the history of this iconic vineyard, dating back to the 16th century. The highlight? A rare Château de Beaucastel “Hommage à Jacques Perrin” 2000, perfectly paired with a five-course menu designed to elevate every sip and bite.

One week later, on Friday, March 28, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin will host an unprecedented fusion of haute cuisine and Martinique’s finest rums. Chef Marcel Ravin, famed for his bold Caribbean flavours, curates a six-course menu with each dish complemented by a carefully selected agricole rum from his homeland. This collaboration with CODERUM Martinique marks the first-ever official rum and food pairing in Monaco, promising a vibrant, sensory celebration of Creole heritage.

Closing the season in spectacular style, Saturday, April 26, at Le Grill will see a cross-border culinary duel between Dominique Lory and Alessandro Borghese. The Michelin-starred chef of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo welcomes the famed Milanese chef and TV personality for a luxurious eight-course Italian-Monegasque feast. Expect delights such as San Remo prawns, Venetian-style cod, and the beloved Spaghettone Cacio e Pepe, all served with panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

Each of these exclusive dinners promises an unforgettable journey through taste, tradition, and innovation, reaffirming Monaco’s place at the pinnacle of global gastronomy. Reservations are essential—this is fine dining at its most spectacular.
