On Thursday, December 19, at 8:00 PM, Hugo Bardin takes the stage at the Théâtre Princesse Grace, embodying his dazzling alter ego Paloma, winner of Drag Race France season 1…
Inspired by Paloma Picasso and the actresses of Pedro Almodóvar, Paloma was born as part of a short film and has since evolved into a vibrant, multifaceted persona. In Paloma au Plurielles, the audience is treated to a dynamic one-woman show that celebrates femininity with humour and depth. Paloma brings seven bold and colourful women to life, each reflecting the passions and neuroses of their creator.
Among these characters are Fanny Ardant at the César Awards, the spiritual guru Lolashiva leading a shamanic retreat into the sacred feminine, and Viviane Vivier, a no-nonsense casting director. Through quick changes in accents, wigs, and costumes, other equally engaging and hilarious personas emerge, showcasing Bardin’s extraordinary versatility.
The performance lasts approximately 90 minutes without intermission, promising a captivating and thought-provoking evening.
