As part of its “Extended Monaco” initiative, launched in 2019, the Principality of Monaco has unveiled new digital services to simplify employment processes for both employers and job seekers. On Tuesday, November 12, Christophe Robino, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, and Frédéric Genta, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, announced the online services, which are now accessible through MonGuichet.mc, Monaco’s administrative portal. In attendance were Pascale Pallanca, Director of Labor, Magali Imperti, Deputy Labor Director, Julien Dejanovic, Digital Services Director, and Emmanuelle Cellario-Florio, Head of Employment Services.
This digital initiative, set to roll out in phases, aims to streamline hiring processes and enhance the functionality of employment services through advanced digital tools. The first phase, beginning November 2024, includes a real-time job portal and upgraded tools for the Department of Labor. By late 2025, the Principality plans to launch a fully digital hiring journey, from application to hiring, and an online CV database for job seekers to connect with potential employers. In 2026, Monaco expects to complete the transition with a fully digital work permit issuance.
Minister Robino emphasised that these updates will allow Monaco’s employment services to provide fast, secure, and tailored solutions. Delegate Genta added that these digital advances support Monaco’s attractiveness as a destination for global talent, highlighting the Principality’s commitment to a connected, accessible job market.
