The domain registration, web hosting service, and ICANN accredited Registrar based in Monaco continues to suffer from major problems, despite its technical teams working “tirelessly” to restore all its services, users reported on Friday, October 4.

Namebay suffered a ransomeware cyberattack on Saturday, September 21, almost two weeks ago and in the interim has tried to allay customer fears about data leaks.

In an earlier statement the company said that services such as DNS, domain renewals, and RDAP remain operational. Customers can still register domains and make zone modifications through the customer service team.
