The Princely Government has announced the launch of a real estate development project on the Villa Luciole site at 5 rue Louis Auréglia in Monaco. The project will involve the construction of a 10-story building designed to accommodate at least 27 state-owned apartments, including one large T5 apartment and 26 smaller T2 units, along with a private parking facility.

A public call for tenders has been issued for the selection of a real estate developer to carry out both the design and construction work. The complete tender notice was published in the Journal de Monaco on Friday, September 13. The project is governed by Sovereign Ordinance No. 7.264, which regulates public contracts in Monaco.

Interested economic operators are invited to express their interest, collect the necessary documentation, and submit their proposals according to the consultation’s guidelines. Applications will be accepted until September 28, with the deadline for submitting final offers set for November 27, at 10:00. This project is part of Monaco’s ongoing efforts to address housing demands and enhance urban development within the Principality.
