The Monaco Government, chaired by the Minister of State, convened a meeting to discuss further steps in combating corruption on Thursday, September 12. The session included the participation of two experts, Marc Segonds and Gilles Duteil, who are advising the Principality in developing and implementing effective anti-corruption strategies.
This meeting follows the publication of a report by the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) on July 24, 2024. As part of Monaco’s commitment to advancing its anti-corruption framework while respecting its institutional integrity, government officials worked on various topics to identify concrete actions in line with GRECO’s recommendations.
In addition to the main discussions, a special session was organised for the General Secretariat of the Government and the Directors General of the Ministerial Departments to further align efforts across all sectors.
