Monte Carlo Beer’s latest creation, their very own alcohol free blonde ale has won the gold medal of the Frankfurt International Trophy 2024.
The MCB Alcohol-Free Blonde ale stood out among 696 samples from 49 different countries, which were tried by 511 international tasters as part of what was a very fierce competition, earning a remarkable score of 86/100, and subsequently the highly sought after gold medal.
“This gold medal represents much more than just an award for us,” said the founders of MCB, Anthony Orengo and William Scheffer, adding that “it symbolises our ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality products to our customers, while remaining true to our Monegasque heritage and modern identity.”
In addition to taking gold, MCB was designated as the best beer from the Principality in the competition. The sky is the limit for this young brewery that was launched by two best friends in 2019.
