Peaks Speak – Exhibition

“My artistic quest is to emotionally reconnect man to nature and his deep animal nature”. For the first time in the Principality, come and discover Laure Hatchuel-Becker at ESPACE 22, and her exhibition PEAKS SPEAK. Works that highlight the strength of nature and animals, the majestic link between land and sea life. Inspired by Aboriginal art, she developed a unique technique of “Colour Peaks” which gives her works a “3D” effect. Until Saturday June 17, from 10:00 to 19:00 at the Espace 22.


Dream of Light – The Art of the Cinema

The Audiovisual Institute of Monaco presents a 1992 Spanish narrative/documentary film Dream of Light (El sol del membrillo, lit. “The Sun of the Quince”), also known as The Quince Tree Sun, directed by Victor Erice The film centres on Spanish painter Antonio López Garcia and his attempt to paint the eponymousquince tree. López struggles to capture a perfect, fleeting moment of beauty on canvas, and the film meticulously chronicles his work.

The film is in its original version with French subtitles. On Tuesday , June 13 at 20:00 at the Théâtre des Variétés.

Join us for Bloomsday Friday

With readings & Irish music on the bodhrán.

In the streets of Monaco-ville, we will re-enact scenes from author James Joyce’s masterpiece ‘Ulysses’ as the protagonist, Leopold Bloom went about his business in Dublin in 1904.

We start at the Princess Grace Irish Library at 2pm with some background about Ulysses for those novices among you! New this year is an online 5-minute chat with the director of the James Joyce Museum at the martello tower in Sandycove, where Joyce’s novel begins. On Friday, June 16 at 14:00. This is a free event – just turn up at the Princess Grace Irish library and don a hat to join in the ambiance!


62nd Monte-Carlo Television Festival

For 62 years, the Principality of Monaco has hosted its very own International Television Festival. Studios, TV channels, digital platforms, and celebrities come together in an idyllic setting to promote their shows to the press and the wider public, and compete for the prestigious Golden Nymphs. From Friday 16 to Tuesday, June 20 at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.

Garden of Divine Song – Concert

Charity concert in aid of the children of Ukraine, performed by a quartet of musicians from the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchesta alongside soprano Elena Kuzheleva. Danika Trio – Concert

Songsmith and story seamstress Danika has never been one to shy away from speaking hard truths with her angel-like voice and guitar harmonies. This up and coming Australian folk sensation will make her much anticipated European debut performance alongside her trio for a magical night of powerful folk songs and hypnotizing melodies. Expect an intimate and powerful sonic experience that has rarely been witnessed at La Note Bleue.

#JEArchéo – Event

This year, the European Archaeology Days will take place on June 16, 17, and 18. The Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology of Monaco is holding a special event on June 17, with guided VIP tours of its new temporary exhibitions “From One World to Another, from the Visible to the Invisible” and “Albert I, A Prehistorian Prince”, and a visit to the research laboratory, followed by a fun fire-themed activity workshop. On Saturday, June 17 from 18:00 to 19:00 at the Musée d’Anthropologie Préhistorique.


Groovyboyz – Concert

The Groovyboyz are a band based between San Remo and Nice whose James Brown-70s Funk sound is intertwined with neosoul, reggae, jazz and many other groovy influences, sometimes instrumental, sometimes with vocals. Formed only recently, the young band has already played around enough to form a cohesive set of original songs and will release their debut EP in 2023! On Saturday, June 17 at 21:00 at La Note Bleue.

Last Ceremony – Exhibition

Last week one of the oldest galleries in Monaco, Gallery Kamil, founded in 1976, opened a new solo exhibition Last Ceremony of Iranian emergent artist Ramtin Zad. This is a second exhibition of this artist in Monaco, the last one was being in 2018 at the same gallery.

The show is coordinated by London art curator Fereshte Moosavi who has cleverly assembled a diverse collection of Zad’s work, showcasing a diversity of media, technique and size, with work ranging through large scale vibrant acrylic paintings, drawing studies, video art and sculptures.

Les Rencontres Philosophiques de Monaco

The Prince at Home – Exhibition

A tribute to Prince Rainier III, who would have turned 100 years old on 31 May 2023. A new exhibition called “The Prince at Home” is open at the Prince’s Palace. In the State Apartments, the Palace Archives and the Audiovisual Institute which will present one hundred still and moving images that represent the Sovereign’s personality and work, taken at the Palace and his other residences, along with other rare documents and objects. Yoga Solstice Monaco

On the magnificent Terrasses du Soleil at the Casino de Monte-Carlo, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, a celebration of joy and serenity will enchant beginners and experienced yogi alike.
