Kristel Malgherini has been appointed to the Cabinet of HSH Prince Albert II, and “will deal in particular with Social Affairs and Health, the European Union and Judicial Affairs”.
She has a diploma in advanced studies from the Faculty of Law of Nice, and has considerable experience as an administrator in Monaco, both at the National Council and in the Government at the Department of Health and Social Affairs.
Kristel Malgherini takes the place of Isabelle Costa, who was recently appointed High Commissioner for European Affairs to lead negotiations for an association agreement with the European Union.
