Forty-five Monaco residents tested positive for coronavirus in the seven days until Sunday, January 8, compared to 40 during the previous week.
On January 8, 14 patients at Princess Grace Hospital were being treated for coronavirus symptoms compared to 11 one week earlier. Eight residents were among the number, compared to seven. One non-resident was in intensive care with coronavirus symptoms on Sunday.
The number of residents with mild symptoms recovering at home rose to 34 from 28.
Meanwhile, the benchmark incidence rate of infections adjusted per 100,000 population rose to 115 from 102.
