As part of the MONEYVAL evaluation process of the combat against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (LCB-FT) in the Principality, a delegation is visiting Strasbourg led Mr Michel Hunault and Mrs Sylvie Petit-Leclair, Secretary of State for Justice and Director of Judicial Services.
Finance and Economy Minister Jean Castellini opened the working meeting, by videoconference from Monaco, enumerating all the actions carried out by the Principality to comply with the requirements of the FATF, and more particularly the work of all the services of the Monegasque administration.
The face-to-face week should allow the Monegasque delegation to underline the high level of compliance and efficiency of the systems so far implemented in Monaco.
