On an official visit to the Monaco pavilion in Dubai from February 6 to 10, 2022, where he was warmly welcomed by Mr Albert Croesi and his teams, Mr Robert Gelli, Secretary of State for Justice and Director of Judicial Services, seized the opportunity to work on strengthening international judicial cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and Monaco.

He held several working meetings with the president of the courts and tribunals, the national prosecutor of Dubai, as well as the federal minister of justice of the United Arab Emirates, accompanied by the director of international cooperation.

Digital transition was on the agenda, as was the fight against terrorism and its financing, money laundering and corruption.

The meetings with the judicial authorities of the United Arab Emirates were very rich and useful, Monaco’s Government said in a press release.
