Casse-Noisette Compagnie – Monte-Carlo Ballet

The Monte-Carlo Ballet will perform Jean-Christophe Maillot’s ‘Casse-Noisette Compagnie’ or ‘Nutcracker company’ on seven occasions in the Salle Prince Pierre, from December 28 to 31 and from January 2 to 4. Each performance will begin at 19:30.

“Maillot transposes the story of this great classic into the world of a dance company. The Stahlbaum family is still there, along with Clara and Fritz, but the bourgeois house has been replaced by a large dance studio run without fancy by their parents,” reads the Monte-Carlo Ballet website.

Each performance benefits from the participation of the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Kazuki Yamada.

The performance will last one hour and 40 minutes. Discover more about the ‘Casse-Noisette Compagnie’ on the Monte-Carlo Ballet website.

Friday 31

The Jacksons

The world famous Jackson brothers will return to the stage at the Salle des Etoiles, where they will perform on December 31 to mark the start of the new year.

Brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael originally became known as ‘The Jackson 5’, and found worldwide success through instantly recognisable hits such as ‘ABC’, ‘I Want You Back’ and ‘Can You Feel It’.

This event is billed as a dinner and show concert. Doors will open at 20:00 and the show will begin at 22:30.
