In a startling reminder that the coronavirus pandemic is far from over in the Principality, the Monaco Government reported on Tuesday evening, October 19, that fifteen residents had tested positive in the previous 24 hours.
This is the highest daily figure for several weeks.
Five full recoveries were also noted.
Seven patients with coronavirus symptoms are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital, including two Monaco residents. One resident remains in intensive care.
The number of residents with mild symptoms recovering at home has jumped to 34.
