Thanks to a recent delivery of thousands of doses of Pfizer vaccine, residents between 35 and 44 will be invited to contact the vaccination centre at the Grimaldi Forum to make an appointment.
There has been an encouraging take-up among older groups and almost 41 percent of the population had been inoculated as of Wednesday, May 19. Almost 83 percent of recipients of the first injection had received a second jab.
Only Pfizer vaccine has been used since the start of the vaccination program.
On receipt of the invitation letter, residents are asked to make a booking either through the form at https://vaccination-covid19.gouv.mc/en or by calling the Covid-19 call centre at 92 05 55 00. Jabs can be administered at home for those with mobility problems.
