With just five new cases of coronavirus among Monaco residents reported on Sunday, February 14, the tally for Friday, Saturday and Sunday came to 25.
The number of residents being treated as in-patients at Princess Grace Hospital stood at 35 on Sunday evening, while 20 residents were said to to have fully recovered.
The total number of residents recovering at home with mild symptoms, under the care and supervision of the Home Monitoring Centre, fell to 96.
The lower figures suggest that the Principality’s vaccination programme is showing dividends.
Meanwhile, in the UK on Sunday night 10,972 new cases and 258 new deaths were reported. In France the figures were 16,546 new cases and 167 new deaths.
