The popular eatery at Saint Devote has been closed by the authorities for four days following an inspection on Thursday.
Visiting the busy burger restaurant during lunchtime on Thursday, police officers found two contraventions of current rules: one employee was not wearing a mask in the kitchen and the distance between tables was not being respected.
During previous inspections in December social distancing was not being observed or enforced in the queue for service and diners were served outside the authorised hours.
