A luxury property overlooking Nice, once a home of James Bond actor Sean Connery, has gone on the market for 30 million euros. The Belle Epoch style mansion has a “cascade of landscaped gardens falling to the sea,” according to the agents, and outstanding views of the Port of Nice and the Bay of Angels.
The property would certainly suit fitness enthusiasts, with a fitness complex, a gym and an indoor swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Two independent guest houses are part of the property, which covers 1.24 acres of grounds. The master suite has its own private balcony and two bathroom suites.
“One of the wonderful things about the French Riviera is the sense of stardust – a favourite haunt of royal families as well as the likes of Coco Chanel, Pablo Picasso, Grace Kelly and Sir Sean Connery,” said Edward de Mallet Morgan, a partner at Knight Frank.
