As the relaxation of lockdown measures continues during the ongoing coronavirus crisis, parents are understandably concerned that their children’s safety and personal welfare are properly addressed.
Many pupils are due to go back to school on Monday, May 11, and the Monaco Government is anxious to demonstrate that nothing has been left to chance in terms of ensuring that social distancing and other measures are being fully implemented.
Minister of the Interior Patrice Cellario and Director of National Education Isabelle Bonnal visited schools in the Principality on Wednesday, May 6, a few days before the partial resumption of classes. Mr Cellario and Isabelle Bonnal are shown at the Lycée Albert 1er, where everything has been organised to avoid pupils mixing as they normally would and that they can permanently maintain a physical distance of 1.5 metres.
