From 09:00 on Friday March 6, a telephone hotline ‘Call Centre – COVID19’ will take over from previous contact numbers. It will be manned by a dedicated team from the Department of Health Action (DASA), responders from the Monaco Red Cross and a supervising doctor.
Monegasques, residents and employees will be able to ask any questions they wish in connection with COVID19 by dialling the number: 92 05 55 00. This number will be accessible seven days a week from 09:00 to 18:00. It will also be possible to send an email to: covid19@gouv.mc.
The Government reminds everybody that in case of doubt, in particular if you have stayed in an area where the virus is circulating and you have significant symptoms (fever, cough, breathing difficulties …), you must call the fire department directly 18 or 112. Those suffering from the symptoms are asked not to go to their doctor or to the emergency room, to avoid any potential contamination.
I have a question about COVID19: 92 05 55 00 or covid19@gouv.mc
