The large vintage original measures about four feet tall  – 122 centimetres – (31” × 47″ + 2″ border). It has been linen mounted and is in perfect ‘A’ condition. This is one of the most desirable and recognisable early racing posters, with artwork by Robert Falcucci showing the Mercedes SSKL. The 1930 event was the second Monaco GP but this was very first Monaco GP poster ever printed, according to the seller.

“This very first published Monaco GP event poster is both rare and expensive, especially in this fantastic condition.”

The race was won by Rene Dreyfus in the Bugatti T35 B followed by Chiron in the Type 35C and Bouriat in the sister car.

Price estimate: $25,000 – $35,000. info@collectorstudio.com
