Me Olivier Marquet, Partner and Managing Partner at CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor, signed up to the National Pact for Energy Transition on Tuesday, November 26 at a ceremony in the new offices of the Cabinet, in the presence of Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Infrastructure, Environment and Urbanism, and Annabelle Jaeger-Seydoux, Director of the Mission for Energy Transition (MTE).
Marie-Pierre Gramaglia stressed the importance of adherence to the National Pact and congratulated the members of the firm for their involvement in this collective commitment to carbon neutrality by 2050, with a first step of reducing gas emissions by 50 percent by 2030.
Speaking on behalf of all members of the firm, Mr Olivier Marquet said he was proud to “open the ball”, happy to pursue a holistic approach to management and certain that his colleagues are sensitive to this.
Lawyers in the CMS office have already begun to reflect on teleworking as well as steps on the digitalisation of documents.
