Mr Ludovic Leclerc, Deputy Prosecutor at the Tribunal de Grande Instance, Marseille, aged 45, has been seconded by the French Government to serve as the third Investigating Judge in Monaco.
By Sovereign Order n ° 7.805 of November 20, 2019, published in the Journal de Monaco of November 22, 2019, he has been appointed in the Principality to perform these functions, and on Monday, November 25, he was sworn in before the Court of Appeal of the Principality before being installed that same day at the Court of First Instance.
As chief of the economic and financial section of the Interregional Office of Marseille, he is a specialist in these matters. He has been in charge of particularly complex affairs, the Monaco Government said.
