Monaco Mayor Georges Marsan warmly welcomed Lionel Beffre, the newly appointed Government Advisor-Minister of the Interior, to Monaco’s Town Hall. The visit marked an opportunity for Beffre to familiarise himself with key areas of the Municipal Institution, alongside deputies Camille Svara and Chloé Boscagli Leclercq.
During the tour, Beffre was introduced to several significant locations within the Town Hall, including the iconic Wedding Room, a symbol of Monaco’s rich civic traditions, and the Civil Status – Nationality department, which plays a crucial role in the administration of citizenship and related matters. Beffre was subsequently shown the recently renovated Council Room, where key decisions shaping Monaco’s future are made.
