Motorists travelling to and from Monaco face several nights of disruption next week as the A500 tunnel closes for scheduled maintenance work…
The tunnel will be completely closed to traffic in both directions from 20:30 until 05:30 on the nights of Monday, August 31 through Thursday, September 3. Drivers will therefore be unable to use the principal motorway approach to the Principality during these hours.
A local diversion will be established for the duration of the closures, with motorists directed via the Moyenne Corniche. The tunnel is expected to operate normally outside the overnight maintenance periods.
