On October 30th, the Le Méridien Beach Plaza welcomed the Summit of Ancestral Wisdom, an event dedicated to bridging the gap between ancestral knowledge and modern science…

At its heart was the launch of the Code of Ethics of Respect 360°, a universal framework co-written by seven guardians of wisdom from around the world. The project aims to reconnect humanity with itself, with others, and with the planet. By combining traditional teachings with contemporary research, the code promotes an ethic of respect for all living things.

Its founders hope to inspire collaboration between governments, universities, and indigenous communities, fostering a shared commitment to healing and sustainability. Representatives from Cambridge University were present, as discussions began on creating a Centre for Systemic Change and a University of the Forest.

One of the speakers described the code as “a sacred mission revealed by the spirits,” a unifying message rooted in the traditions of the Samauma, a sacred tree of the Amazon.

The initiative received strong support from the Monaco National Council, which highlighted the Principality’s ongoing role in international cooperation. The summit concluded with a dialogue session focused on one essential goal — to help humanity rediscover balance with nature through respect, understanding, and collective responsibility.
