Monaco is embracing the Halloween spirit this year, with a vibrant programme of events, dining experiences, and celebrations continuing through October 31st and into early November…

From trick-or-treat adventures to elegant themed parties, the Principality offers something for everyone;  families, food lovers, and night owls alike.

Across the city, festive decorations set the mood, with Casino Square dressed in glowing pumpkins, witch hats, and oversized moths, while hotels, restaurants, and arcades are illuminated in shades of black and orange. Guests staying at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer hotels will even receive trick-or-treat kits with maps to collect sweets throughout the resort.

Families have plenty to look forward to. On October 31st, the Mairie’s Halloween Party at Parc Princesse Antoinette runs from 2pm to 6pm, featuring mascots, face-painting, music, games, and a costume contest for local children. Later that evening, La Boîte de Jeux hosts a free Halloween game night at the Centre Botanique for residents and students aged eight and up, while the Foire Attractions at Port Hercules stays open until midnight.

For dining, Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, Marlow in Mareterra, and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort are serving themed brunches and meals into the weekend. Those seeking something more glamorous can end the night in style at Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, Jimmy’z, or Sass Café, each hosting spectacular costume parties to celebrate Halloween, Monaco-style.
