Young entrepreneurs with ambitions to build a business in Monaco are being invited to put their ideas to the test as the Jeune Chambre Économique de Monaco (JCEM) launches the 31st edition of its Concours de Création d’Entreprise…
Open to candidates aged between 18 and 40, the long-running competition is designed to identify promising entrepreneurial projects and help transform them into viable businesses established in the Principality.
A total of €71,000 in prize money is available to the three finalists. The overall winner will receive the €40,000 Prix du Gouvernement Princier, while the JCEM Prize is worth €21,000. A further €10,000 will be awarded through the Athos Partners Prize.
However, organisers emphasise that the value of the programme extends beyond its financial rewards. Participants have an opportunity to develop their ideas, make valuable professional connections and establish strategic partnerships within Monaco’s dynamic and internationally focused business community.
Supported by the Monaco Government alongside a number of private-sector partners, the competition has become an established platform for encouraging a new generation of entrepreneurs and supporting the creation of businesses within the Principality.
Applications are now open and must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
For anyone aged 18 to 40 with an entrepreneurial idea and aspirations to establish themselves in Monaco, the competition offers both significant financial backing and an opportunity to take an important step towards turning that idea into reality.
