The Prince’s Government has issued an urgent advisory to Monegasque nationals currently travelling or staying in the Middle East, following a deterioration in the security situation in several countries across the region…

Authorities called on travellers to exercise the greatest vigilance, avoid unnecessary risks and strictly limit their movements. Those in the region were also urged to follow all safety instructions issued by local authorities and, where necessary, remain in secure locations away from areas exposed to potential danger.

Monegasque nationals have been strongly encouraged to register without delay on the Fil d’Ariane system operated by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The platform enables travellers to receive real-time security alerts and important updates during international crises.

In addition, citizens currently in the region have been asked to contact the Prince’s Government to report their situation, location and contact details in order to ensure appropriate monitoring and assistance if required. A dedicated number has been made available for this purpose: +377 93 15 30 15.

The government confirmed it is closely monitoring developments and reiterated that the safety of Monegasque nationals abroad remains an absolute priority.
