On Tuesday 3 June, Monaco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, welcomed four newly accredited ambassadors to the Principality during a lunch hosted at the Yacht Club de Monaco...
Earlier that morning, each diplomat had formally presented their Letters of Credence to His Serene Highness Prince Albert II.
The new representatives include H.E. Mr Ahmed Mohamed Nasser Al Araimi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, who previously served as a counsellor at the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Brussels; H.E. Ms Esther Rabasa Grau, Ambassador of the Principality of Andorra, who was formerly posted in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg; H.E. Mr Deng Li, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, who served in Turkey from 2018 to 2020 and more recently held the post of Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2021 to 2025; and H.E. Mr Arnoldas Pranckevičius, Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania, who was Lithuania’s Permanent Representative to the European Union between 2022 and 2024.
The lunch provided an opportunity for open and constructive exchanges between the ambassadors and Monaco’s diplomatic and economic representatives. Among those in attendance were H.E. Marie-Pascale Boisson, Monaco’s Ambassador to China, the Honorary Consul of Oman, and representatives of the Monaco Economic Board and Monaco Private Label.
The gathering reinforced Monaco’s ongoing commitment to cultivating strong international relationships, with discussions focusing on shared areas of cooperation and friendship between the Principality and each of the four nations represented.
