As the Principality gears up for the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix, several municipal sites and public services will be temporarily closed or operating on reduced hours between Thursday, May 22 and Sunday, May 25.

Monaco City Hall, the Monaco Media Library, the Saint-Charles Swimming Pools, and the Hercule Fitness Club will all be closed throughout the race weekend. The Rainier III Nautical Stadium will also close during this period, with its closure extended until Monday, May 26 inclusive.

The Botanical Center will remain open from Thursday, May 22 to Saturday, May 24, but will close on Sunday, May 25. Princess Antoinette Park will stay open during its usual hours, though some of its amenities, including the kiosk and mini-golf course, will be unavailable from Thursday, May 22 to Sunday, May 25.

The Civil Registry Office will be open on Thursday, May 22 and Friday, May 23, but only between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Meanwhile, the market gardeners typically based at the Marché de la Condamine have been relocated to the upper part of Rue des Açores and will remain there until Monday, May 26. The Petit Marché in Monaco-Ville will be closed on Friday, May 23.

The temporary changes are part of the city’s preparations for the influx of visitors and logistical demands brought by the Grand Prix, one of Monaco’s most high-profile annual events.
