Among the highlights is the Pisco Macerado 1615, a collaboration with the renowned Peruvian distillery 1615, infusing passion fruit into the traditional Pisco Sour for a refreshing twist. Guests can also explore innovative cocktail creations designed to push the boundaries of Peruvian mixology.
Music remains at the core of the COYA Monte-Carlo experience, with the 2025 season promising an impressive lineup of international DJs.
