Miami-based holding company MITO Investments, led by entrepreneur Mirko Tocchio, has officially entered the race to redefine Monaco’s entertainment landscape. The firm has submitted a bid to develop a cutting-edge entertainment centre in Cap d’Ail, a prestigious area overlooking the Principality, with an ambitious vision to create a landmark destination for both residents and visitors.

The proposed venue will replace the now-demolished Ni Box, a historic entertainment hub built by the Pastor family, and will span approximately 1,273 square meters on the ground floor of the “ZAC Saint Antoine” complex. Backed by an initial investment of around three million, the project aims to introduce a new era of leisure to Monaco and the French Riviera. It will feature eight state-of-the-art bowling lanes, a vibrant American-style diner, and a dynamic events space. However, the most distinctive aspect of the centre will be its futuristic lounges, equipped with video game stations, sports simulators, and tournament-ready consoles, designed to appeal to gaming enthusiasts and e-sports fans.

Mirko Tocchio, the driving force behind MITO Investments, envisions the centre as a game-changer for entertainment in the region. “We want to create a space that is innovative and inclusive—a place where young people can enjoy the latest in interactive entertainment while families and visitors of all ages find something to love,” he said.

Positioned in a rapidly developing district, the entertainment centre is expected to enhance the area’s appeal by providing a fresh, modern alternative to Monaco’s luxury-driven leisure scene. With its prime location and diverse range of attractions, the project has the potential to become a social hotspot, diversifying the entertainment offerings in the Principality.

If given the green light, construction is expected to be completed within a year, transforming Cap d’Ail into a go-to destination for high-tech leisure and interactive experiences. The development would not only bring a new entertainment concept to Monaco but also generate employment opportunities, reinforcing the area’s reputation as a dynamic and evolving hub.
